RETURN, HOLD, AND GIFT CARD POLICIES

RETURN POLICY - 10 days for in stock parts (see exceptions below) with receipt. Helmets can be exchanged or in-store credit only within 4 days. Returns must be in original packaging and tags attached. Honda parts Special ordered parts are subject to a 25% return fee or $7 to cover freight. No refund on items under $30.00.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Tools, Electrical, Manuals, Batteries, Carb Kits, Multi-piece Parts Kit, Headsets, Special-Order Apparel, and all Arctic Cat Parts and Accessories.
RETURN CHECK FEE - $35.00 will be accessed for any returned checks.
SPECIAL ORDERS - A minimum handling charge of 50% will be assessed on all special orders. Special Orders will be held for 30 days from received date, if longer than 30 days the deposit will be forfeited.
LAYAWAYS - Layaways will be held for 30 days from purchase date, afterwards the item will no longer be available. if layaway option is due to a Special Order, then after 30 days from received date, deposit will be forfeited.
GIFT CARDS - Gift cards are active for five (5) years from initial activation, at which time any credits on the gift card will expire.
